Welcome Back to Celaro Dev Log!
We’re excited to have you here for another deep dive into what’s been happening at Celaro! It’s been a busy few weeks since our last update, and we’ve made some significant progress on new features, user experience improvements, and more. Let’s take a closer look at what’s been going on behind the scenes as we continue to build Celaro into the ultimate project management tool. Here is our highlights since last time:
01
Block-Based Text Editor
One of our top priorities recently has been the development of a block-based text editor for tasks. From the very beginning, our vision was clear: we wanted an editor that feels great to use, is fast, and performs reliably no matter how complex your tasks get. After exploring different text editor approaches, we found that a block-based design was the perfect fit for Celaro.
02
Redesigned Layout for Stages
As part of our ongoing mission to refine the overall design and user experience of Celaro, we’ve turned our attention to the stages feature. Previously, some parts of the app were still using elements from what we’ve been calling the “old design.” While functional, it didn’t fully align with the modern, streamlined vision we have for Celaro moving forward. This new layout ties in more cohesively with the rest of the app, creating a unified look and feel. The redesign is part of our broader effort to ensure that every aspect of Celaro feels polished and consistent, contributing to an overall better user experience.

Enhanced Board Management with Status Selection
Managing tasks and workflows effectively is at the heart of Celaro, and we’re constantly thinking about how to give users more control over their projects. Previously, lists were somewhat limited in terms of how they represented the progress of tasks. With the new update, you can now assign specific statuses to each list on a board, giving you full control over how your workflow is structured. Whether you prefer simple to-do, doing, and done lists or more complex, multi-step workflows, you can now customize lists to match your specific needs.

What’s Next?
As we move forward, our next big focus is on revamping the boards to enhance the multiplayer experience when collaborating with others in Celaro. We want to make sure that working together with your team feels seamless and intuitive, especially when multiple users are managing tasks, updating boards, and communicating in real-time.
We’re diving deep into multiplayer features, looking at how we can make the experience smoother, faster, and more collaborative. Expect more updates on this in the coming weeks — we can’t wait to show you what’s in store!
Until next time, happy managing!
