We’re thrilled to share the latest updates from behind the scenes at Celaro! It’s been a busy few weeks since our last entry, and we’ve made significant strides in developing the project boards, particularly focusing on enhancing our multiplayer functionality.

01 Multiplayer Functionality

Since Celaro will serve both individuals and teams, making the boards multiplayer is essential. We’ve focused on enabling real-time collaboration, ensuring task updates, movements, and statuses sync seamlessly across all devices for efficient teamwork.

02 Board Structure

The board structure is something we’ve carefully designed to be both intuitive and functional. With flexible columns, drawers, and widgets, it’s built to streamline task management for individuals and teams, helping keep projects organized and on track.

2.1 Columns

Columns represent the various statuses of your current tasks, such as To-Do, In Progress, and Completed. This structure allows for a clear visual representation of task progress.

2.2 Drawers

In Celaro we have something called drawers, designed to help you organize tasks more effectively. Think of drawers as folders that will enable you to categorize your tasks in each list, making it easier to get an overview of your tasks.

2.3 Widgets

Widgets will serve as the building blocks in your lists columns/lists. They can represent a task, show a link-shortcut, display the status of your stages or sprints, and much more.

03 What’s Next?

In a few weeks time we’re aiming to start testing Celaro internally, which is a another great step towards our beta launch. But up until then, we have a few new features that needs to be built and few bugs to solve.
